The GP’s and Practice Nurses can be contacted by telephone. Patients can expect to:
Be put through to the person they wish to speak to
OR
Have their details taken and be called back.
A GP or Practice Nurse is available each day to deal with queries. For the GP’s, patients will be given a realistic time to telephone and be put through or, a time when the GP will return their call. Practice Nurses are available each day. Patients should telephone the surgery number. They will be advised by the Receptionist who is available to take the call or, the Receptionist will take details for a call back.
