B12 Review Form
If you have had your B12 injections temporarily paused during COVID19, we would ask patients to complete this online form. This will be reviewed by an appropriate clinical team member as soon as is practical and we will suggest the best way forward for you. Please be mindful that there are many services that we also have to assess as well as day to day clinical load which is rapidly increasing but we will do our very best to offer a swift acceptable plan.
