Repeat prescriptions can be ordered using the prescription counterfoil - by post, in person or by fax and by using the online form below. Telephone requests will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.
Patients should allow 48 hours for requests to be dealt with. Most will be ready for collection in the afternoon 24 hours following the request – queries may take longer. For postal requests to be returned via a SAE, patients should allow 72 hours.
In conjunction with local pharmacies we can arrange for them to collect your prescription direct from the surgery. You will need to sign a declaration at your chosen pharmacy indicating that they are authorised to collect the prescription on your behalf.

Repeat Dispensing
The surgery operates a Repeat Dispensing service. If your GP thinks you are a suitable candidate, we will invite you to participate in this service where your chosen Pharmacist will hold up to 6 months of prescriptions on your behalf.
